America has been the home of numerous incredible artists, and extremely unique styles of creation, from fashion designers to artists like James Whistler and Andy Warhol. Norman Rockwell is one such artist, famous in the 20th century for his unique style of painting and works of art that reflected American culture. He was also known for his brilliant illustrations in the Saturday Evening Post, which covered different scenarios of everyday life, a job he kept for a good long 50 years.

In addition to being an illustrator for over 40 different novels, including Huckleberry Finn and Tom Sawyer, Rockwell has created over 4000 works of art in his lifetime. While many were lost or destroyed, numerous remain in both public and private collections. These are some of the lesser-known paintings and illustrations by the ingenious artist.
