Here's how to set the desktop background:

  • Point your mouse at the image you like most, click on it and it will open in a full-size window.
  • In the new window, right-click on the image and select 'Save image as.'
  • Save the image to one of the folders on your computer or desktop.
  • Open the folder where you saved the selected image, and click on it with the right mouse key. Select "Set as desktop background."

Smartphone Wallpapers

Here's how to set up a wallpaper for a smartphone:

  • While on your phone, click on the picture you like best and it will open in a full-size window.

  • In the new window, long press on the image, and select "Download Picture" from the menu that pops up.
  • Android: Long press on an empty area on the smartphone screen, click "wallpapers" at the bottom of the screen, select the wallpaper from the folder where you downloaded the background and click the "Set as wallpaper" button at the bottom of the screen. Note that you can choose whether the wallpaper will be used only for the home screen or for both the home and lock screen.
  • iPhone: Enter settings and click on "Wallpapers and Brightness". Click on "Select background image", select the folder where you saved the image, click on the image and then click "Use Picture" at the bottom of the screen. You can now choose whether to use the picture as the background for the lock screen, the home screen, or both.
