Spicy Hawaiian Pizza

Pineapple on a pizza might not sound too enticing to many, but you would be surprised by how great it tastes. Especially when spice it up with a little bit of jalapeño. This Spicy Hawaiian Pizza is sure to tickle your taste buds and might just become your favorite pizza!

Spicy Hawaiian Pizza
Ingredients for Spicy Hawaiian Pizza:
Pizza dough - 1 can (room temp.)
Monterey Jack cheese - 1 1/2 cups (shredded)
Pizza sauce - 3/4 cup
Jalapeño - 1 medium
All-Purpose flour - to dust the surface
Pineapple - 1 cup
Ham - 1 cup (finely diced)
Method of preparing the Spicy Hawaiian Pizza:
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Stretch the dough into a 16-inch round on a lightly floured surface. Line a baking sheet and lay the dough onto it.
  2. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough. Make sure to leave a 1-inch area of crust around the outside edge. Add the toppings, starting with the cheese.
  3. Bake for about 20 minutes. Make sure the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted. Serve immediately and enjoy!
